MUSIC FOR DOC SHOCK (JIM)

An oxford researcher says that we are in a sleep crisis, not just in America, but around the world. Our work and school schedules do not line up with our circadian rhythms which respond to natural light, not a clock. If he had it his way, we would all start work at 10am and teens wouldn’t go to school until 11. According to Dr. Paul Kelly, this sleep issue is causing us a number of health issues, including the increased risk of diabetes and obesity.
