Maybe it’s time to download some yoga music. A new study published by the European Society of Cardiology shows that listening to yoga music at night may be good for your heart. Listening to this type of music soothes the heart, actually changing its rhythm, switching from the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. This takes the body from flight or fight to rest, digest, and recover. Yoga music is also good for reducing stress and anxiety and promoting overall health.
