Today we are focused on food as your medicine. We have a special guest coming on the show today, Erika Schlick who has a new cookbook out called the Wandering Palate 28 days of meals: Gluten Free, Dairy-Free, and Paleo. Her story of recovery from both Lyme disease and celiac is nothing short of miraculous and she is going to share it in detail with us today.

  • Discussion on how diet affects our body, specifically foods that cause chronic inflammation

Are you team boxers or briefs?  The debate over which type of underwear is best has been going on for years.  Turns out, there is actually a scientific answer to this debate.  New research out of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health suggests that the type of underwear you wear could affect fertility.  So, which one is best?  Boxers!  The study found that fifty percent of the boxer wearing participants had a higher sperm count than those who wore briefs.  The brief wearers also were more likely to have lower levels of FSH, making the production of sperm lower.  If you are trying to get pregnant, you may want to switch up your type of underwear.
