Exercise can be good for your skin. It improves circulation and tones your look. If you’re a runner or choose to get most of your exercise outside, the harmful UV rays could be doing more damage than you think. Be sure to use SPF 30 when exercising outside, this will keep you looking young and ward off skin cancer. If you swim and find your skin feeling dry, be sure to use a moisturizer at night before bed. Regardless of how you get your exercise in, make every effort to keep the benefits of exercise and skin health in your favor.
