Certain jobs require extensive travel. For example, truck drivers who sit for hours
on end behind the wheel, or Executives who fly several times a week are prone to
greater health risks. Sitting is the new smoking. Our bodies need movement for
proper circulation. Circulation is how our body transports the nutrition to all the
parts, including the brain. If your job has you sedentary, you need to make up for
it at other times. You should be exercising each and every day for at least 30
minutes, but preferably 45. Incorporate cardio, muscle building, and flexibility.
Don’t have time – make the time because your health depends on it.
