I suggest that you take these five baby steps toward a healthier you. 1. Replace your sugary or diet drink with a bottled water each day. 2. Take the steps instead of the elevator. 3. Eat breakfast containing protein, preferably an egg 4. Incorporate a healthy snack of one raw vegetable per day 5. Eat 10-15 berries a day These small but easily doable things will get you on the right track. Change is all about walking the walk of health before you start the marathon.
