caught a cold or flu? Sitting on the couch and relaxing probably sounds like

the best course of action until you’re feeling better—but a new study from the

university of New York suggests that your regular exercise routine will not only

help ward off a minor illness, but will make you feel better WHILE you’re under

the weather. Improving circulation is good for your health. On the flip side, serious

illness requires significant rest. And don’t forget, some antibiotics, like quinolones

can cause tendon rupture, so check with your physician first, before you kit the

gym when taking medications for infection.
