New York University recently said that most children 2 years and older do not consume enough protein. Their bodies need protein to grow. Fish, shellfish, beans and peas can also be a great source of protein. Even peanut butter contains protein. Remember that proteins are building blocks for a stronger, healthier, and happier body.
