With all the holiday indulgences happening what feels like every single day, it’s about time we focus on combating those pies and cakes we’ve been eating. Studies show that 30 minutes per day of exercise and increased heart rate are best for overall health and wellness, and increasing that by one hour in enough to change your body in a few short weeks. Did you know there is a way to get MORE bang for your buck? It’s proven that Walking either in water, against the wind, or wearing a backpack burns approximately 50 more calories an hour! Those indoor water aerobics don’t sound so silly now I bet!
