First, add things like green tea, salmon, and kale to your diet. Then incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise per day and do it religiously. Next reduce stress and negativity. A positive attitude does wonders for prevention of all types of diseases, not just cancer. Last thing – take a tip from our Indian friends and add Curry to spice rack. Don’t let the threat of cancer scare you. Instead, armor yourself with a line of defense.
