Do you suffer from anxiety? Sometimes the world can feel like a crazy place. Exercise each day to increase hormone levels, including the feel good hormones. Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeinated drinks. And add things like hummus, steel- cut oats, and nuts to your diet. Somethings we can’t control, but our own lifestyle and habits, we can.
