AHHHH the enviable six-pack—that lean, muscular, and well-defined midsection we
ALL only wish we had—may not REALLY be an indication of your overall health and
wellness. Several fitness experts suggest that thousands of sit-ups, planks, or bicycle curls
might give you abs of steel, but it comes down to a severe change in your diet as well as
your exercise routine. Low calorie, and high protein diet is necessary for rock hard abs, but
there’s a hitch. Regardless of what the infomercials tell you, fat reduction is not targeted.
Often the first place you store it is the last place you lose it. Stop worrying about target
areas and just focus on a long-term, whole body approach.
