Disease is terrible, and it seems like everywhere you look there is a new epidemic we're all trying to avoid! While there is not a cure for every illness it is possible to lower your risks and keep yourself out of the direct line of dangerous chemicals that can lead to illness and disease. Protect your brain by avoiding toxins found in household cleaners, avoid smoking and second hand smoke, and exercise 2-3x a week for at least 30 minutes. Also, choose healthy and fresh foods to make up 90% of your diet!
