Kids don't seem to miss a beat! When they shout out something that is shocking, we get surprised--but truth is, they are REALLY observant. They are able to concentrate on the smallest things and really take them in. Wonder why we can't all do that now? Well, new studies show we are all severely distracted. ADHD may really be a thing, and the increase in stimuli around the home, school, and work may be keeping us from taking in the important and even small moments of our day. Try cutting down the chaos around you, and cutting down the "extra" stuff in your space to see if you notice a change in your focus.
