MUSIC FOR DOC SHOCK (JIM) THAT MUSIC MEANS ITS TIME FOR DOC SHOC. A TIME WHEN WE FIND SOMETHING SHOCKING IN THE NEWS OR WE’RE SHOCKED IT MADE THE NEWS.

New research out of Latin America suggests that anxiety is higher in women with larger waist to height ratios. They studied 5,580 women with a mean age of 49.7 years. 58 percent were postmenopausal, and 61.3 percent reported anxiety issues. This is a no brainer and I don’t think they actually needed a study. When you look at the age and consider menopause, of course the risk for anxiety goes up. Furthermore, smaller waist size usually indicates a more active lifestyle. We all know that exercise decreases anxiety. This study only confirms that we already know, hormone balance and exercise curb anxiety, as well as keep your body lean.

Judy – Tease the upcoming Dementia Defender 844-WELL100

Our special guest Paul is living proof that you can take charge of your health. His story is so inspiring.

  • In 2007 he went to anti-aging doctor for blood work. After the results were in, he found that I was low in Vitamin D and any IGF-1 was also very low. So he recommended me to start using Vit D supplements as well as Norditropin injection to increase my IGF-1.
  • Discuss what blood tests we do at Executive Medicine of Texas and why
  • Paul discovered that magnesium is lacking in people with heart failure.
  • What has all that done for Paul? His last 4 dates were coincidentally 27 years younger than me and yet not one of them could keep up with me.
  • Finally, The lesson in all this for Paul is that you need to educate yourself and partner with your physician.
