Your marriage could literally be affecting your health.  A new study out of Ohio Statue University found that partners who have “nasty” fights are at a higher risk for developing a leaky gut.  They aren’t referring to the now and then arguments.  But nasty, they mean fights or arguments that cause daily distress.  A leaky gut is something that you really don’t want.  Bacteria is leaked into blood stream, leading to inflammation and a decreased immune system.  If you are in a toxic marriage seek counselling and help.  Your health depends on it!
