The topic for this show is how to be active at every age and there is a very special guest, Bob Kulick, someone who really knows what it’s like to live life to its fullest.
- We'll discuss why it’s so important to stay active and involved, as well as discuss the neurological and biologic implications of being active vs being sedentary
- We'll delve into the life and accomplishments of Robert Kulick--who was the official journalist and member of the La Salle: Expedition II of 1976-1977. He has not slowed down one bit as he has gone on to complete the Baja 500 motorcycle race, climbed Kilimanjaro, and completed a two week expedition through Peru. He is currently working on his memoir about his travels, business (past partner of CC’s Pizza), and life in general. His next trip will be to space as he is astronaut #195 set to launch with Virgin Galactic in the near future.
- You can hear a clip about Robert and the La Salle: Expedition II in two books: The Last Voyagers by Lorraine Boissoneault and Hard Rivers by Craig Howard.
- As well as discuss the Las Salle expedition and how it can relate to us---and living our lives to the fullest.
