True longevity starts long before you get old. It’s about making good choices when you’re in your 20s and 30s. And for you parents out there – it’s your job to help your kids develop good habits that will last them a lifetime. This show we discuss tips and tricks to staying healthy your whole life!

 Common mistakes that you see patients making in their teens, 20s and 30s

 the importance of probiotics even at an early age

   we Explain the hormone (sex hormones) that change

 Common injuries at 20-30s (knees, shoulders, etc)

 Weight gain from thyroid changes

 Overuse of anti-depressants in this age group

 Common nutrient deficiencies and the importance of diets

 Bad habits like energy drinks

 Working too many hours and not enough sleep

 

 we have a Lengthy discussion on stress and what it does to the body

 we talk Common stressors at this age: job, new marriage, kids, finances

 we inform you of Supplements that should be taken: multi, omega 3, vitamin D, probiotic
