  • Doctors could use your microbiome to custom tailor medical treatments
  • Elimination of multiple disease states through a balanced biome

Facts:

  • These organisms outnumber human organisms 10:1
  • There are 700-800 separate species

Today, we talk about the facts on your blood pressure, and what it means.  We learn that the top number you get from a blood pressure reading is the systolic--the amount of  pressure in your arteries during contraction of your heart muscle. The bottom number is the diastolic --or the amount of pressure in your arteries during rest.

The numbers matter individually, but they are also really important in relation to each other. They let us know if we are experiencing Hypertension, or hypotension
