Certain jobs require extensive travel. For example, truck drivers who sit for hours

on end behind the wheel, or Executives who fly several times a week are prone to

greater health risks. Sitting is the new smoking. Our bodies need movement for

proper circulation. Circulation is how our body transports the nutrition to all the

parts, including the brain. If your job has you sedentary, you need to make up for

it at other times. You should be exercising each and every day for at least 30

minutes, but preferably 45. Incorporate cardio, muscle building, and flexibility.

Don’t have time – make the time because your health depends on it.

Did you know that 80% of your immune system is in your gut? That is why having

a healthy microbiome is so important to maintaining a healthy body. There are

things you want to avoid unless absolutely necessary, like antibiotics. There are

also things that you should incorporate into your diet every week, like yogurt,

kifer, and Sauerkraut. These contain probiotics, living organizms that are good for

you. You also need prebiotics, these are the things that allow the probiotics to

work. Prebiotics can be found in things like tomatoes, onions, and garlic, as well

as soy sauce. A healthy gut biome doesn’t happen by accident, it takes a good

effort on your part.
