Honey is a natural sweetener that has may great health benefits. For example, it’s anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory. If you ask me, that makes honey quite the super food. If you suffer from seasonal allergies, you can visit your local farmers market to get honey that has been produced locally. That local honey can be added to tea or just taken by the teaspoonful to ward off those allergies and help you build natural immunity.
