Our lives move at a very fast pace. We can find ourselves moving from one task to another, stressing on how we will get it all done. Laughter is good for the soul and it is also good for the body. How often do you laugh? It's been said that kindergarteners laugh as much as 600x a day. As adults, we may have times that we don't laugh at all. Think there's nothing worth laughing over? So, make one night a week comedy  movie night or visit a comedy club sometime.
