Get more sleep – Avoid blue light from cell phone, tv, and computer.

Reduce stress – financial and otherwise. Have a plan, stick to the plan

MUSIC FOR DOC SHOCK-THAT MUSIC MEANS ITS TIME FOR DOC SHOC. A TIME WHEN WE FIND SOMETHING SHOCKING IN THE NEWS OR WE’RE SHOCKED IT MADE THE NEWS.

Researchers at NTU Singapore have created a skin patch that can convert potentially harmful white fat into energy-burning brown fat. The skin patch is made of hundreds of microneedles that contain one of two drugs: beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist, which is currently used to treat overactive bladder, and T3 triiodothyronine, which is used to treat an underactive thyroid gland. Right now it’s only been used in mice where they saw a 30% reduction in weight gain and fat mass37.9% of adults in the United States are obese so this may be a huge breakthough.
