Could small group meditation be the perfect answer to decreasing stress and easing depression? According to a study from Lund University in Sweden, group meditation is as effective as cognitive behavior therapy. This leaves me wondering how much money companies could save if meditation was simply offered over the lunch hour, or at morning or evening breaks.
