We are always harping that we need to avoid processed carbohydrates, but its worth mentioning that other seemingly healthy snacks can contain too much sugar and pack on the pounds as well. Because it’s dried, we tend to eat more of it. So be sure to check the sugar content and serving size. Also, look to be sure the packaging company hasn’t added more sugar. Finding pure fruit and eating it in moderation is the key.
