Health and wellness word of the day, Rhinorrhea is a condition where
the nasal cavity is filled with a significant amount of mucus fluid. This
condition is commonly known as a runny nose! Rhinorrhea is a
common symptom of allergies or certain diseases, such as the common
cold. The term was coined in 1866 and is a combination of
the Greek terms rhino- ("of the nose") and -rhoia ("discharge" or "flow").
Now you can look super smart when your friend asks you for a tissue! Now,
to keep that rhinorrhea at bay, eat a teaspoon of local honey each day. The
small dose of pollen works the same way that allergy shots work. The best
form of prevention is immunity.
