Do you have a spouse or partner with cancer? The US Cancer Institute studied the wellbeing of cancer survivors based on the attitude of the spouse or those around them. They found that cancer patients who were surrounded by a spouses or partner with a healthy attitude was less likely to develop depression. We know that having a good attitude greatly effects outcomes in illness, so staying happy and upbeat may be hard, but your significant other is depending on it.
